We take pride in all of the products that we carefully select for Sugar Free and stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Sugar Free you can return the merchandise for a full refund less shipping costs. The merchandise must be unused and in the original packaging. A refund is available for returns made within 15 days of purchase. After 15 days you will receive a store credit. All items are thoroughly inspected prior to leaving our warehouse, if shipping damage occurs during transit please notify use as soon as possible and we will gladly work with you to have the merchandise returned or replaced. Please keep all original packaging materials. Call 04 5688 222 or email returns@sugarfree.co.nz and we will assist you with the return process. For all returns please email returns@sugarfree.co.nz with the following details: your name, invoice number, product name/code, reason for return and request for credit or refund. You will then be given a return authorisation number (R.A.N) to be written on the outside of the returned package. Post the product(s) to the following address Sugar Free 337 Jackson Street Petone, Wellington Please note: Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable. Our return policy does not apply if the product(s) have been used, worn, soiled or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. It is suggested that you insure your return package as Sugar Free cannot be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in the post. If you have requested a refund, a credit will be issued back to your credit card within 24 hours of receipt of goods provided the R.A.N (Return Authorisation Number) is clearly marked on the package. Exceptions to Returnable Products: Products offered on Sale are not returnable unless faulty. This type of sale is considered final. Faulty products Sugar Free prides itself on quality control and checks all products to the best of its ability before sending them out. In the rare instance that a product is faulty, Sugar Free will replace it with no charge for the extra postage and handling.
