Sugar Free Baby & Kids Store  take pride in all of the products that we carefully select for Sugar Free and stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Sugar Free you can return the merchandise for a full refund less shipping costs. The merchandise must be unused and in the original packaging. A refund is available for returns made within 15 days of purchase. After 15 days you will receive a store credit.

All items are thoroughly inspected prior to leaving our warehouse, if shipping damage occurs during transit please notify use as soon as possible and we will gladly work with you to have the merchandise returned or replaced. Please keep all original packaging materials. Call 021 059 0742 or email info@sugarfree.co.nz and we will assist you with the return process.

For all returns please email info@sugarfree.co.nz with the following details: your name, invoice number, product name/code, reason for return and request for credit or refund.


Please note: Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable.
Our return policy does not apply if the product(s) have been used, worn, soiled or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. It is suggested that you insure your return package as Sugar Free cannot be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in the post. If you have requested a refund, a credit will be issued back to your credit card within 24 hours of receipt of goods provided the R.A.N (Return Authorisation Number) is clearly marked on the package.

Exceptions to Returnable Products: Products offered on Sale are not returnable unless faulty. This type of sale is considered final.

Faulty products
Sugar Free prides itself on quality control and checks all products to the best of its ability before sending them out. In the rare instance that a product is faulty, Sugar Free will replace it with no charge for the extra postage and handling within 28 days of purchase.


Shipping costs

New Zealand $5.00      Free shipping on orders over $150.
$7.00      All rural deliveries.

 
Australia $18.00    Large orders may incur an extra fee.
Rest of the World $30.00    Large orders may incur an extra fee.

Note: Larger items may incur an extra fee. If an extra fee is payable we will contact you to confirm payment before your order is despatched. You will then have the option of changing or cancelling your order.

We are unable to accept payments made from Singapore or West African countries.

Your shipping costs are shown at the check out. You can proceed through the checkout to confirm postage costs without placing your order. The very last order process is to confirm or decline placement of your order.

Delivery and Delivery Time

New Zealand
Orders are delivered by Fastway courier; a signature is required for all orders over $150. Please allow 3 days for delivery.

Australia
Orders are sent by air mail these may take 4-10 working days for delivery.

Rest of the world
We will contact you prior to despatch with details of delivery options and times.

All orders that have been received and paid for before 1pm during the week will be posted that afternoon. Orders received after 1pm will be sent out the following morning. Any orders placed on a Friday afternoon after 1pm or during the weekend will be posted out on Monday morning.


Laybys

We happily accept laybys on any purchase if needed. We require a non-refundable 20% deposit and all laybys must be finalised within 6 weeks.
Once you have all the goodies you want, continue through to the checkout and select Direct Credit. In the comments box, state you would like to layby your items.

Pre-Orders

We like to do pre-orders on some of our more popular labels. We prefer all pre-orders to be paid using the Direct Credit payment option. This ensures that your goodies will be set aside for you when they arrive and you don't have to pay until we receive it.

Whilst we do our best to ensure all stock in our pre-orders will be delivered to us, there may be some exceptional circumstances that are out of our control which mean we do not get all of our stock from our pre-order.


Refund Policy


Cancellation of Orders:

If you place an order and then decide to cancel it you must place a phone call to us immediately on 64-21-059-0742 International or 021-059-0742 New Zealand.
Unfortunately e-mail messages are not always received timely and sometimes not at all. Please make sure that you are sure of your purchase before placing your order as we are not responsible if we have processed your order and have not received your cancellation request.

If your telephone cancellation is not received before your order is processed we will consider, at our discretion, refunding your payment on the following conditions:
- That the goods have been returned to us at your own expense in saleable condition.
- That you wait until we have received the goods before processing your refund.
